All purchases made on our website are for digital goods that are delivered immediately after payment. Because of the nature of digital products, once files are downloaded or accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The product was never delivered due to a technical error on our end.
   
• You were double charged for the same purchase.
   
• The product is completely broken/unusable and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
   

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Your server or framework is not configured correctly.
   
• You lack the required knowledge to install or use the product.
   
• You expected features not explicitly listed in the product description.
   

If you experience issues with a product, you must first contact our support team. In most cases, our team can quickly resolve the issue. Refunds will only be considered if support cannot provide a solution.

Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate ban from our services, and your license to use our assets will be revoked.
